Job Summary
Owning and evolving the organic social media strategy, the full-time Social Media Manager will develop engaging content, manage day-to-day publishing, and analyze performance across platforms in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and manage a content calendar aligned with business goals and marketing initiatives
- Create and adapt social-first content for B2B and B2C audiences, ensuring brand compliance
- Define success metrics, track performance, and provide insights for continuous optimization
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3-5 years of experience managing social media for brands
- Proven track record of executing social strategies that drive measurable results
