Job Summary

To support a growing mental health platform, the fractional Social Media & Community Manager will manage the day-to-day operations of organic social channels, engage with the community, and develop content strategies in a remote capacity for approximately 15-25 hours per week.

Key responsibilities
  • Own the management of organic social channels, including scheduling and publishing content across platforms
  • Engage with followers authentically and monitor community interactions, escalating sensitive issues as needed
  • Identify social trends and develop content strategies that align with brand goals and community-building initiatives
Required qualifications
  • 3+ years of social media management experience across multiple platforms
  • Proven experience managing brand accounts on Instagram, Facebook, Threads, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube
  • Strong organizational skills and experience with content calendars and publishing workflows
  • Ability to work independently and proactively in a remote environment
  • Familiarity with community management and engagement best practices
