Social Media Manager

Job Summary

To support the growth of multiple businesses, the part-time or full-time Social Media Manager will create and schedule content across platforms like Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram, while managing customer inquiries and online reputation in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Create and schedule Facebook Marketplace listings and daily content on various social media platforms
• Respond to customer messages and inquiries while managing reviews and online reputation
• Develop engaging graphics, videos, and promotional content to increase followers and engagement

Required qualifications

• Experience managing social media accounts
• Familiarity with Facebook Marketplace and digital marketing
• Basic graphic design skills, preferably using Canva
• Good English communication skills
• Experience with automotive, tire shops, rentals, or local businesses is a plus
