Job Summary

To support a growing marketing team, the remote Social Media Manager will develop content strategies, create engaging on-platform content, and manage community interactions across various social media platforms.

Key responsibilities
  • Own and contribute to the social media content calendar, ensuring alignment with marketing campaigns and consistent publishing
  • Conceive, produce, and appear in short-form video content while collaborating with the Creative team on asset production
  • Monitor and engage with social communities, responding to interactions and identifying trends to inform content strategy
Required qualifications
  • 3-5+ years of hands-on social media management experience, preferably in-house or in a content-focused agency
  • Demonstrated comfort and confidence on camera with a portfolio of short-form video content
  • Deep knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn, including understanding of their unique audience dynamics
  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone and format for different platforms
  • Experience managing social content calendars and familiarity with social media analytics tools
