Job Summary
Owning Noom's organic social strategy, the full-time Social Media Manager will lead day-to-day execution across platforms, define channel strategies, and manage a content calendar while working in a hybrid environment from either the NYC or Princeton office.
Key responsibilities
- Audit current social presence and provide data-backed recommendations for platform engagement and content strategy
- Define and manage the organic social strategy across key platforms, establishing unique roles, audiences, and KPIs for each
- Oversee daily management of social media accounts, ensuring timely content publication and consistent brand representation
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in social media with a proven track record of driving organic reach and engagement
- Deep platform fluency across Meta (Instagram + Facebook) and TikTok, with knowledge of YouTube and other platforms
- Experience managing social media accounts day-to-day, ensuring channels are active and performing
- Strong command of platform analytics to derive insights and run experiments effectively
- Experience managing a multi-platform content calendar across concurrent campaigns
