Job Summary

Owning the day-to-day social presence, the remote Social Media Manager will manage Netlify's social channels, create engaging content, and monitor community interactions to enhance visibility and trust among developers building with AI.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and engage with Netlify's social media channels, including X, LinkedIn, and Discord, ensuring timely and relevant interactions
• Transform product updates and community activities into clear, engaging social media posts that resonate with builders
• Develop and maintain a content calendar that balances promotional and community-focused content while tracking performance metrics for continuous improvement

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing social media for a technical or developer-focused brand
• Proven ability to handle high-volume brand social channels, including publishing and engagement
• Strong technical fluency to accurately convey complex ideas to diverse audiences
• Demonstrated experience in using data to inform social media strategies and improve engagement
• Familiarity with social media algorithms and trends to enhance content performance
