Job Summary

Owning the organic social channels and paid social programs, the full-time remote Social Media Manager will elevate social media literacy across the marketing organization by writing compelling content, running data-driven campaigns, and activating employees as brand advocates.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain the content calendar for various social media platforms, ensuring alignment with campaigns and brand moments
  • Develop and execute paid social strategies, optimizing campaigns to build awareness and support go-to-market goals
  • Oversee the employee advocacy program, driving participation and managing program performance through content curation and training
Required qualifications
  • Minimum of 7 years of B2B social media experience across organic, paid, and advocacy channels
  • Proven track record managing social accounts and paid campaigns on platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram
  • Proficient in UTMs, Google Analytics, and social analytics platforms for performance reporting
  • Exceptional writing skills with the ability to adapt brand voice across various platforms
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
