Job Summary

To support a growing marketing team, the part-time Social Media Manager will manage social media strategy, content creation, community engagement, and performance reporting for both NeoReach and Influencers.com in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage social media calendars and schedule content across various platforms
• Create and repurpose platform-specific content, including graphics and short-form videos
• Engage with the community and monitor social media interactions to build brand presence

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience managing social media for a brand or agency
• Strong understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube best practices
• Experience creating and editing short-form video content
• Familiarity with content scheduling and social media management tools
• Strong interest in influencer marketing and the creator economy
