Job Summary

Owning and elevating the social presence for both ElevenLabs and ElevenCreative brands, the full-time remote Social Media Manager will manage content across platforms including X, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Discord, while coordinating with creative teams to produce engaging social-ready assets.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage the social content calendar across multiple platforms, from planning through publishing
• Coordinate with AI creative producers to capture and adapt product moments into social media content
• Monitor platform analytics to track engagement and refine content strategy based on insights

Required qualifications

• Demonstrated experience managing social media accounts for technology or creative tools companies
• Ability to perform lightweight video editing and format content for various platforms
• Proven ability to write sharp, platform-native copy across multiple social media channels
• Fluency in social analytics and experience translating insights into content decisions
• Genuine understanding of the AI and creative tools landscape with informed opinions on industry trends
