Job Summary

Seeking a creative and strategic Social Media & Community Manager, the full-time remote position will develop and execute social media strategies, manage content across various platforms, and foster community engagement to enhance brand loyalty and drive business growth.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and implement social media strategies that enhance brand awareness and community growth across multiple channels
  • Manage daily content planning, publishing, and performance analysis across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest
  • Lead community management efforts by engaging with customers and monitoring brand sentiment and emerging trends
Required qualifications
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in managing brand social media and community programs, preferably in a consumer brand or agency setting
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest
  • Experience in building and engaging brand communities through online and offline initiatives
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to create engaging content and clear communications
  • Familiarity with social media management tools and community management platforms
