Job Summary

To drive brand engagement and growth, the full-time remote Social Media Manager will build and execute organic social strategies across various platforms, create compelling content, and engage with audiences while monitoring performance metrics.

Key responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage the organic social strategy for multiple brands across platforms like LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube
  • Create, edit, and publish high-quality content tailored to each platform, including short-form videos and static posts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between organic and paid social efforts while exploring emerging channels
Required qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience managing social media for a brand, preferably in consumer tech, fintech, or DTC
  • Expert-level skills in CapCut and mobile editing, with a strong portfolio of engaging content
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms, particularly TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
  • Strong copywriting abilities with a natural, platform-native voice for both long and short-form content
  • Experience working with user-generated content (UGC) and influencers, including contract negotiations and content brief creation
