Job Summary

Creative and data-driven, the full-time remote Social Media Manager will own and grow the company's social presence across various platforms, develop engaging content, and build community engagement while managing campaigns that drive brand awareness.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage social media presence across LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and emerging platforms, including launching new profiles for AI offerings
  • Develop and execute an editorial calendar aligned with product launches and campaigns while creating high-performing content
  • Track social KPIs and conduct audits to optimize performance, providing insights and recommendations to marketing leadership
Required qualifications
  • 4+ years of social media management experience, with at least 2 years in a B2B technology company
  • Proven track record of audience growth and engagement on LinkedIn, X, and YouTube, with experience launching new profiles
  • Exceptional writing skills with the ability to make complex technical concepts accessible and engaging
  • Strong understanding of social media algorithms, content formats, and best practices across major networks
  • Experience managing executive social media programs and familiarity with social media management tools
