Job Summary
To support a growing direct-to-consumer brand, the full-time remote Social Media Manager will develop organic social strategies, manage the content calendar, and create engaging platform-native content while fostering community growth and engagement.
Key responsibilities
- Define and evolve channel strategies and manage the content calendar to support marketing priorities
- Create and publish optimized short-form video content while covering brand events in real time
- Grow the brand's audience through high-quality content and engagement, monitoring sentiment and brand reputation
Required qualifications
- 3-5+ years of social media management experience for a consumer brand, preferably in wellness, lifestyle, beauty, or CPG
- Fluency across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, with strong skills in short-form video creation
- Proven ability to execute both strategy and hands-on tasks, including shooting and editing video
- Experience in growing social audiences and driving engagement beyond follower counts
- Strong organizational skills and a remote-first mindset, ideally located within driving distance of Los Angeles, CA
