Social Media Manager

Job Summary

Owning and elevating the social presence for both the ElevenLabs and ElevenCreative brands, the full-time remote Social Media Manager will manage content across X, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn, while engaging with the community on Discord and producing social-ready assets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the social content calendar and publish across multiple platforms, including X, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn
• Coordinate with AI creative producers to capture and adapt product moments into engaging social media content
• Monitor platform analytics to track engagement and refine content strategy based on performance data

Required qualifications

• Demonstrated experience managing social media accounts for a technology or creative tools company, with a portfolio of work
• Proficiency in lightweight video editing and content creation using tools like Screen Studio
• Strong writing skills for creating platform-native copy across various social media channels
• Fluency in social analytics and ability to derive insights for content decisions
• Experience coordinating content across cross-functional teams, including video, community, and partnerships
