Job Summary

To enhance NORY's Instagram presence, the part-time Social Media Manager will develop and execute a content strategy, create engaging video content, and craft compelling narratives that resonate with parents and educators, all while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a structured Instagram content calendar to grow followers and engagement
• Create and edit short-form video content, particularly Reels, to showcase the educational depth of STEM programs
• Write engaging captions that connect organizational values to community interests and track performance metrics to inform content strategy

Required Qualifications

• Proven success in managing and growing brand Instagram accounts, preferably in parenting or education sectors
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in short-form video editing, graphic design, and copywriting
• Personable storytelling style that effectively conveys organizational mission and engages the community
