Key responsibilities

• Own the LinkedIn company pages, managing content calendars, copy, and community interactions for launches and campaigns
• Concept and direct social-native content, including short-form videos, in collaboration with the Creative team
• Manage the Reddit program, overseeing agency partnerships and ensuring effective community engagement

Required qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in B2B social media, particularly with LinkedIn as a primary channel
• Demonstrated experience managing a Reddit program and building community presence
• A portfolio showcasing original B2B social media work from concept to publication
• Experience growing company page audiences based on engagement metrics rather than follower count
• Proficiency in translating technical subject matter into customer-facing content
