Social Media Manager - Gaming

Job Summary

Engaging with players and managing community interactions, the full-time fixed-term Social Media Manager - Gaming will oversee content creation, analytics reporting, and team leadership while working remotely for approximately six months.

Key responsibilities

• Engage directly with players on social media platforms and manage client interactions in the absence of the Community Manager Lead
• Create performance reports and assist in the production and delivery of community management services
• Develop content calendars, schedule posts, and support campaign planning and brand building initiatives

Required qualifications

• Prior experience in community management or social media within the gaming industry
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Experience with Bilibili, Weibo, Douyin, and Xiaoheihe
• Strong understanding of social media platforms including Discord, Twitch, Reddit, Instagram, and Facebook
• Passion for video games and social media engagement
