Job Summary

Blending creative storytelling and data-driven insights, the full-time remote Social Media Marketing Manager will develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to elevate brand presence, engage audiences, and drive measurable business results.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with brand and marketing goals
  • Plan, create, and publish engaging content across various platforms, while managing day-to-day social media operations
  • Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns to improve reach, engagement, and conversion
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience leading social media for a brand, preferably in a B2B or corporate environment
  • Confirmed experience developing and implementing social media strategies and campaigns
  • Strong understanding of platform algorithms, trends, and standards
  • Experience with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite)
