Job Summary

Seeking a hands-on, creator-minded Social Media & Influencer Marketing Specialist for a full-time remote position in Hungary, who will develop and implement organic social media strategies, manage influencer collaborations, and enhance brand visibility across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Organic Social Media Marketing Strategy aligned with business goals
• Create engaging social programs and manage content creation, curation, and copywriting for daily posts
• Oversee day-to-day social media channel management and monitor performance analytics for continuous improvement

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in social media and influencer marketing at a consumer, fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce brand
• Proven track record of growing branded social channels at scale with named examples and specific outcomes
• Experience creating content for paid social campaigns (Meta, TikTok) and knowledge of current influencer rates and disclosure rules
• Strong understanding of social and content performance metrics
• Experience with design tools such as Canva and Adobe, along with basic video editing skills
