Job Summary

Hands-on and creator-minded, the full-time Social Media Marketing Specialist will develop and implement the organic social media strategy, manage influencer programs, and create engaging content across various platforms while working remotely from Slovakia.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the organic social media marketing strategy to align with business goals
• Create and manage engaging social programs and content across platforms, including scheduling and community engagement
• Oversee influencer campaigns, including outreach, negotiation, and performance analysis to maximize commercial opportunities

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in social media and influencer marketing at a consumer, fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce brand
• Proven track record of growing branded social channels and creating content for paid social campaigns (Meta, TikTok)
• Solid understanding of social and content performance metrics
• Experience with design tools such as Canva and Adobe
• Strong written and verbal English skills with a creative copy instinct
