Executing daily social media strategies, the full-time Social Media Marketing Specialist will manage content publishing, community engagement, and performance insights while collaborating with internal teams and agency partners in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities
  • Execute daily social media activities, including content review, publishing, and optimization
  • Support campaign and PR amplification, including real-time and rapid response moments
  • Monitor performance and report on key metrics and trends
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience managing social media for a B2B, technology, or corporate brand environment
  • Strong writing and editing skills for digital and social content
  • Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social)
  • Ability to interpret performance data and recommend improvements
