Required Qualifications

• 1-2+ years of experience in social media operation or content creation
• Native Portuguese speaker with conversational to business-level English proficiency
• Proficiency in video editing software (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent)
• Strong understanding of social media metrics (views, watch time, CTR, engagement rate, etc.)
• Excellent editorial instinct for identifying emotionally engaging and shareable moments
