• Produce high volume, platform-native social content from concept through shoot, edit, and publish, focusing on short form video
• Execute creator style, trend-aware content optimized for engagement across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support campaigns and continuously test content formats to improve performance

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience producing social-first content in a fast-paced, consumer-facing environment
• Strong hands-on skills in video production, editing, and mobile-first content creation tools
• Deep understanding of social platforms, trends, and creator best practices across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
• Proven ability to create content that drives engagement, retention, and shareability
• Ability to manage multiple content streams simultaneously and demonstrate drive and proactivity
