Social Media Programmer

Job Summary

Focusing on curating and packaging engaging social media content, the full-time temporary Social Programmer Basketball will manage Bleacher Report and TNT Sports US social feeds across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, X, and Facebook while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and curate content to engage the B/R Sports Portfolio audience
• Edit, package, and create optimized titles, captions, and thumbnails for various social media platforms
• Collaborate with content and programming teams on key initiatives and cover live sports events

Required qualifications

• 1-2 years of professional experience in social media or sports content
• Strong knowledge of MLB, NHL, NFL, CFB, CBB, and motorsports
• Proficiency in video editing, particularly with Adobe Premiere
• Deep understanding of social media platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, X, and Facebook
• Ability to work nights and weekends as needed
