Job Summary
To drive client success and operational excellence, the full-time Social Media & Video Project Coordinator will manage video project workflows, ensure quality assurance for social media content, and analyze performance metrics while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end production workflow for video projects, ensuring timely delivery and resource allocation
- Review and approve social media content for accuracy and brand alignment, maintaining consistent publishing schedules
- Gather and synthesize analytics from YouTube, preparing reports and leading client calls to optimize future strategies
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in project management, account management, or social media coordination, preferably in an agency setting
- Proven experience managing video production workflows or collaborating with creative teams
- Strong familiarity with major social media platforms and their analytics tools
- Impeccable organization skills and attention to detail
- Polished communication skills, with experience leading client presentations and calls
