Job Summary

Proactive and detail-oriented, the remote Social Media Project Manager will manage content calendars, handle daily postings across various platforms, and coordinate communication between clients and the creative team for multiple creator and brand accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain content calendars across multiple creator and brand accounts
• Handle daily posting and scheduling across platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and X
• Write engaging captions and short-form content that align with each brand's tone and audience

Required qualifications

• Experience in social media management or creative project coordination
• Strong copywriting and organizational skills
• Comfortable being client-facing and managing multiple accounts simultaneously
• Detail-oriented and adaptable to fast-paced creative environments
• Familiarity with scheduling tools (e.g., Later, Planable, Sprout) is a bonus
