Job Summary

A company is looking for a Social Media Representative, Digital Communications.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor, engage, and respond to inbound social media messages and reviews
• Maintain the company's voice and adhere to policies while creating positive customer outcomes
• Gather and summarize weekly data on trends and volume drivers

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
• Proven experience in social media or a related field
• Hands-on experience with social media applications, such as Salesforce and Khoros, is a plus
• Ability to work 40 hours per week, including weekends and evening rotations
• Stellar attendance and punctuality required
