Job Summary

Writing engaging content for various social media platforms, the full-time remote Social Media Senior Analyst will produce customer stories, product launches, and social-first video scripts while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Write diverse content including customer stories, product launches, and event materials across multiple social media platforms
• Script social-first videos and collaborate with the in-house creator team to enhance engagement
• Manage recurring programs end-to-end and support launches with planning and live-posting content

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience writing social or marketing copy, preferably in B2B technology
• A portfolio showcasing customer story copy, product launch copy, and social-first video posts
• Strong editorial instincts with the ability to evaluate and provide feedback on content quality
• Hands-on experience with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or custom GPTs
• Familiarity with social analytics and platform-native content creation for LinkedIn, Instagram, and Threads
