Job Summary

A company is looking for a Social Media Specialist to lead their social media presence for a vertical micro-drama platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead social media strategy across multiple platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
• Conduct ongoing assessment and optimization of social accounts for maximum visibility and engagement
• Develop and maintain a monthly editorial calendar aligned with content releases and cultural events

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of digital marketing experience in content production and social media management
• Proficiency in social media design and editing apps such as Photoshop, Premiere, CapCut, and/or Canva
• Understanding of audience engagement strategies and social media landscape
• Experience creating short-form video content and writing engaging platform-specific copy
• Deep understanding of North American pop culture trends and audience behaviors, particularly for Gen Z and women
