Job Summary

To lead OffSec's digital voice during a pivotal industry shift, the full-time Social Media & Community Specialist will develop and execute social strategies, manage community engagement, and craft narratives that resonate with both technical and executive audiences in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the social strategy for OffSec, positioning the brand as a cybersecurity authority across various platforms
• Lead social workstreams for major campaigns, ensuring alignment with Product Marketing and Demand Generation teams
• Manage day-to-day engagement on technical hubs, monitoring trends and crafting real-time relevant content

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in social media management within a SaaS or cybersecurity environment
• Bilingual in technical and executive communication styles
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and align complex campaigns
• Technical literacy to understand and communicate cybersecurity concepts effectively
• Proficiency in creating visual assets that maintain brand continuity
