Job Summary

To support a leading automotive brand, the full-time salaried Social Media Specialist for Italian and Spanish markets will manage community engagement, create performance reports, and oversee team members while working remotely from the UK, Italy, or Spain.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with consumers and manage community interactions across social media platforms
• Develop and deliver social media performance reports, providing insights and recommendations based on KPIs
• Oversee the quality and training of shift team members to ensure high standards in community management

Required qualifications

• Fluent/native level proficiency in Italian and Spanish, with strong English communication skills
• Proven experience in social media moderation or online customer support
• Familiarity with major social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Twitter
• Experience in client-facing roles is advantageous
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
