Job Summary

Passionate about social media, the full-time salaried Social Media Specialist for Italian and Spanish markets will manage community engagement, develop online communities, and deliver performance reports while working remotely from the UK, Italy, or Spain.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day social media community engagement on behalf of a leading automotive brand
• Deliver social media performance reports and make recommendations based on defined KPIs
• Oversee and train shift team members, ensuring quality assurance and adherence to standards

Required qualifications

• Native level/fluent Italian and Spanish, with strong English communication skills
• Proven experience in online customer support or social media moderation
• Knowledge of social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Twitter
• Experience in client-facing roles is advantageous
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
