Social Media Specialist

Job Summary

Creative and detail-oriented, the full-time remote Social Media Specialist will manage the day-to-day creation and publishing of engaging, platform-native content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other emerging social channels while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance LTK's social presence.

Key responsibilities

• Create original social-first content, including short-form videos, graphics, and engaging captions tailored for each platform
• Support daily publishing and community engagement across LTK's social channels while monitoring trends and adapting content accordingly
• Track content performance and collaborate with various teams to gather insights and improve future creative strategies

Required qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in social media, content creation, or a related field
• Strong hands-on skills in concepting, shooting, and editing short-form video
• Deep understanding of social media platforms and trends, particularly Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Ability to write engaging and platform-appropriate social copy
• Experience with social editing and creative tools, along with a resourceful and adaptable mindset
