Job Summary

Supporting Turnitin's social media strategy, the full-time Social Media Specialist will build and execute campaigns, manage content calendars, and lead community engagement, all while working remotely within the Eastern or Central Time Zone.

Key Responsibilities
  • Builds and executes social media strategies and campaigns, creating platform-specific content and collaborating on visuals
  • Sets quarterly and monthly content calendars to ensure timely and relevant postings
  • Leads community management across platforms, responding to trends and managing employee ambassador programs
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in SaaS and/or education technology in a corporate setting
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Basic graphic design and video editing skills using software like Canva
  • Strong understanding of social media platform trends and engagement strategies
  • Ability to present strategies and report on performance to stakeholders
