Social Media Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting and executing social media strategies, the full-time Social Media Specialist will build campaigns, manage content calendars, and engage with the community while working remotely in the Eastern or Central Time Zone.

Key Responsibilities

• Builds and executes social media strategies and campaigns, including drafting platform-specific content and collaborating on visuals
• Sets quarterly and monthly content calendars and creates content for various platforms
• Leads community management and manages employee ambassador programs, while reporting on performance and engagement

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of related SaaS and/or education technology work experience in a corporate environment
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Basic graphic design and video editing skills using software such as Canva
• Ability to identify social media platform trends and present strategies to stakeholders
• Organized self-starter with high attention to detail
