Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Social Media Specialist will manage and execute organic social media strategies for homebuilder clients, creating engaging content across various platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Write and edit compelling social media copy for multiple platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn
- Edit short-form and long-form videos for social distribution and design on-brand graphics using provided assets
- Track performance data, build content calendars, and coordinate communication with builder clients
Required qualifications
- Experience in new home marketing is required
- 3+ years of experience in social media management or digital content creation
- Proven video editing skills for short-form social content
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone and voice across brands
