Job Summary

Supporting Turnitin's social media strategy, the full-time Social Media Specialist will build and execute campaigns, manage content calendars, and engage with online communities while working remotely in the Eastern or Central Time Zone.

Key responsibilities
  • Builds and executes social media strategies and campaigns, including drafting platform-specific content and collaborating on visuals
  • Sets quarterly and monthly content calendars to ensure timely and relevant posts
  • Leads community management across platforms and manages employee ambassador programs
Required qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in a SaaS and/or education technology environment
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Basic graphic design and video editing skills using software like Canva
  • Ability to identify and leverage social media platform trends
  • Experience presenting strategies and reporting results to stakeholders
