Job Summary
To support the Marketing department's goals, the full-time remote Social Media Specialist will create, manage, and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across various platforms, focusing on brand engagement and content creation.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute a social media strategy aligned with brand identity and business objectives
- Create and manage engaging content, including writing posts, graphic design, and video production
- Monitor social media performance using analytical tools and prepare monthly reports with strategic recommendations
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, social media management, digital marketing, communications, media, journalism, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management
- Strong creative skills in content creation, including video editing and graphic design
- Understanding of basic healthcare marketing principles
- Experience in managing high-volume social media interactions and customer service
