Job Summary

Managing the implementation and maintenance of the enterprise's social media strategy, the full-time Social Media Specialist will oversee platform management, support strategic initiatives, and collaborate with agency partners to enhance the company's online presence, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Establishes and maintains company social media accounts while managing enterprise social media tools
• Supports the launch of new social media channels and creates social listening workflows and reports
• Collaborates with agency partners to develop engaging social media content and maintains documentation of best practices

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 4+ years of professional social media experience in a company or agency setting
• Extensive familiarity with Khoros or equivalent enterprise-wide social media management tools
• Healthcare industry marketing experience preferred
