Job Summary

To enhance online engagement, the full-time Social Media Specialist will create, schedule, and manage content across various social media platforms while analyzing performance and supporting community initiatives in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Create, schedule, and publish content on LinkedIn, Instagram, X, and Facebook
• Monitor social channels and maintain a consistent brand voice while responding to comments and messages
• Analyze post performance and compile reports with insights and optimization recommendations

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in social media management or digital content creation
• Hands-on experience managing business profiles across major social media platforms
• Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools such as Buffer, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social
• Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone and style for different platforms
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple content streams
