Job Summary

To enhance online engagement and brand presence, the full-time remote Social Media Specialist will create, manage, and analyze content across various social media platforms while supporting community initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Create, schedule, and publish content on platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, X, and Facebook
• Monitor social channels, respond to audience interactions, and maintain brand voice consistency
• Analyze post performance and provide insights and recommendations for optimization

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in social media management or digital content creation
• Hands-on experience managing business profiles on major social media platforms
• Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools such as Buffer, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social
• Strong copywriting skills adaptable to different platforms and audiences
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple content streams
