Social Media Specialist - Italian & Spanish

Job Summary

To support a leading automotive brand, the full-time salaried Social Media Specialist - Italian & Spanish will manage community engagement across social channels, create performance reports, and oversee team members, all while working fully remotely from the UK, Italy, or Spain.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with consumers and manage community interactions on behalf of the brand across various social media platforms
• Develop and deliver social media performance reports, including KPI analysis and recommendations
• Oversee and train shift team members, ensuring quality assurance and adherence to brand standards

Required qualifications

• Native level or fluent in Italian and Spanish, with strong English written and verbal skills
• Proven experience in online customer support or social media moderation
• Working knowledge of major social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Twitter
• Experience in client-facing roles is advantageous
• Creative ability to craft engaging copy that aligns with the client's brand voice
