Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
• 4 to 7 years of experience in social media strategy and community engagement for a high growth consumer brand
• Demonstrated success in building platform-specific strategies across major social media platforms
• Experience in integrating organic and paid social initiatives to drive brand equity and revenue growth
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in translating performance data into actionable strategies
