Job Summary

Owning the voice of a leading brand on YouTube and Reddit, the full-time remote Social Media Strategist will develop and execute content strategies, manage community engagement, and analyze performance metrics to drive growth and foster brand loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute YouTube content strategies, including editorial calendars and optimization tactics to enhance engagement
• Build and manage Reddit community strategies that authentically integrate the brand while respecting platform culture
• Analyze platform performance using analytics tools to identify trends and translate data into actionable recommendations

Required qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience managing YouTube channels and Reddit communities for a respected brand
• Platform-specific knowledge of YouTube content strategy and Reddit community dynamics
• Experience using data analytics tools to define KPIs and track performance
• Strong writing skills to adapt content tone across platforms while maintaining brand voice
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholder relationships in a fast-paced environment
