Job Summary

Owning Pacaso's social presence and influencer strategy, the full-time remote Social Media and Influencer Strategist will develop and execute a comprehensive social strategy, manage influencer programs, and leverage data-driven insights to enhance audience engagement across various platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a tailored social strategy for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Threads, and YouTube, focusing on content, format, and voice
• Build and manage Pacaso's influencer program, including creator identification, outreach, negotiation, and campaign execution
• Conduct performance reporting and competitive analysis, providing actionable recommendations based on data insights

Required qualifications

• Experience managing social media for luxury or high-end brands in sectors such as design, hospitality, or real estate
• Proficiency in AI-driven workflows and various AI tools for optimizing social strategy and content creation
• Direct experience negotiating with influencers and managing influencer agency relationships
• Strong writing skills, capable of conveying brand or executive voice effectively
• Fluency in social media performance data analysis, translating findings into strategic recommendations
