Social Media Strategist

Job Summary

To support OffSec's Global Marketing team, the full-time Social Media & Community Strategist will develop and execute a comprehensive social strategy, manage community engagement, and align strategic campaigns to position OffSec as a leader in cybersecurity training, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the end-to-end social strategy for OffSec, enhancing its authority on platforms like LinkedIn, X, and YouTube
• Lead social workstreams for major campaigns, ensuring synchronization with product marketing and demand generation efforts
• Manage daily engagement across technical hubs, providing real-time commentary on industry events and trends

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in social media management within a rapid-growth SaaS or cybersecurity environment
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and executive audiences
• Proven experience managing cross-functional campaigns and stakeholder alignment
• Technical literacy to understand and translate cybersecurity concepts into business context
• Proficiency in creating high-quality visual assets for brand continuity
