Job Summary
Partnering with the VP of Social Media, the remote Associate Director, Social Media will develop enterprise social media content and channel strategies, manage video content pipelines, and oversee day-to-day publishing operations in a full-time capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media and video strategies across platforms like YouTube and TikTok
- Collaborate with enterprise partners to identify and create video-driven storytelling opportunities
- Manage the content calendar, video uploads, and ensure alignment with SEO best practices
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in social media, content strategy, or digital marketing, preferably in healthcare
- Expertise in advising on video strategy, SEO, and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO)
- Deep knowledge of YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and video creation techniques
- Familiarity with healthcare compliance requirements, including HIPAA and FDA guidelines
- Strong storytelling skills with the ability to convey complex topics in an engaging manner
