Job Summary
Experienced social media strategists will find a full-time remote opportunity as a Social Media Strategy Manager, responsible for developing and executing comprehensive social media strategies across various platforms, managing editorial calendars, and driving engagement while adhering to compliance standards.
Key responsibilities
- Own and maintain a rolling editorial calendar with platform-specific content strategies for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, and YouTube
- Develop and execute social media strategies for campaigns, product launches, and events, ensuring alignment with marketing leadership's strategic direction
- Lead social listening and competitive monitoring to translate insights into strategic content adjustments and opportunities
Required qualifications
- 5-7 years of hands-on social media management experience, with at least 2 years in a B2B or regulated industry
- Proven track record of connecting social media activity to lead generation and pipeline outcomes
- Expert-level proficiency in Sprout Social and familiarity with a DAM platform like Bynder
- Hands-on experience with graphic design and video editing tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, content formats, and audience expectations across major platforms
