Focused on creating engaging short-form content, the full-time Social Media Video Editor will produce over 10 publish-ready videos weekly for various practice brands, utilizing AI tools to enhance productivity while ensuring high-quality output in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Edit and produce short-form videos including Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts from raw footage
• Ensure videos maintain brand consistency while incorporating effective hooks, captions, and sound design to drive viewer engagement
• Collaborate with social, content, and design teams to refine video content based on briefs and feedback

Required qualifications

• A portfolio showcasing short-form video editing skills, particularly in hooks, pacing, and captioning
• Proven ability to produce a high volume of videos weekly, demonstrating genuine speed in video editing
• Experience using AI video tools as part of a regular workflow
• Strong written and spoken English proficiency, with the ability to work during US hours
• Self-directed work ethic, capable of managing briefs and deadlines independently
