Key Responsibilities

• Produce 3-5 short form videos weekly, including optimized content for TikTok and Instagram Reels
• Monitor trends and manage the content calendar while collaborating with design, product, and community teams

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in social video creation for brands or personal channels
• Proficiency in video editing software such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci
• Comfortable both in front of and behind the camera
• Understanding of platform algorithms, analytics, and growth strategies
• Ability to write engaging and meme-savvy copy
